Access to Premises: The Client grants access to our cleaning service providers on the agreed-upon date(s) and time(s) to perform the designated services. The Client is responsible for facilitating access, including providing necessary keys or entry to restricted areas.
Scope of Services: Our cleaning services encompass the designated tasks relevant to the specific service being provided. These tasks are outlined in the agreement, and no additional tasks beyond the agreement’s scope will be assumed or undertaken.
Service Duration: Our pricing structure is based on a flat-rate model rather than hourly charges. The provided cleaning time aligns with the agreed flat rate.
Payment Process: The Client is required to remit payment for the services as per the invoice issued by us. Payment should be completed using the provided payment link. Payment submission confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. All listed services must be paid for in advance. Invoices will include applicable taxes, along with any associated credit card charges.
Supplies and Equipment: Unless otherwise stipulated in writing by both parties, we will supply the necessary cleaning products and equipment. The Client acknowledges that we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred when using the Client’s cleaning materials or equipment.
Footage and Documentation: For quality assurance and record-keeping purposes, we reserve the right to capture before and after footage of the premises. Any such footage remains the exclusive property of Eco Cleaning Experts LLC.
Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard against potential liabilities related to our services. Clients have the option to request a certificate of insurance or be added as an additionally insured party when we are providing cleaning services. This ensures an added layer of protection and peace of mind for our clients.
Privacy: We value the privacy of our clients and are committed to protecting their personal and sensitive information. Any data collected during the course of our services will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Clients can rest assured that their information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without their explicit consent, except as required by law.
Additional Services: Services not explicitly stated in the Agreement will only be provided if expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage to valuable items. The Client assumes sole responsibility for securing their valuables.
Safety Measures: Our service providers will ensure doors are locked during the cleaning process and will refrain from answering doors or phones unless previously instructed by the Client. Safe entry into the premises is the Client’s responsibility. If secure entry cannot be guaranteed, service may be canceled without an option for rescheduling.
Guarantee: We offer a guarantee on the quality of the services rendered.
Termination Clause: Either party can terminate this Agreement with written notice, which may include text or email. If applicable, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel services before the scheduled cleaning date(s). If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning time(s), a cancellation fee may be applicable. Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are provided.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
Binding Agreement: The terms of this Agreement are binding for both parties and extend to their successors and assigns.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement doesn’t waive the right to enforce that provision at a later time.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
